Volunteer
Gain work experience in the events industry by volunteering at Fundraising Institute Australia's 35th International Fundraising Conference at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre.
The Conference involves speakers from around the world presenting on different topics such as Leadership, Big Gift and Partnership Strategies, Bequests, Marketing and Communications. We are expecting over 700 delegates with five tracks running concurrently.
This volunteer opportunity is open to any Events Management, PR, Marketing or Communications students that are interested in gaining experience in events.
Volunteers will ideally have a good understanding of computers and attention to detail.
Responsibilities include assisting FIA staff and speakers, data entry, assistance with registrations and other ad hoc as required.
As a valued Conference volunteer, you will receive:
